Our functionally-curated residences blend local inspiration and artists seamlessly connecting humanity in a minimalist ethos. From apartments to villas, our residences are available for monthly or yearly rental, and everything in between.
Sleep
We went for the best linens we could find and partnered with Brooklinen to outfit each residence with their luxe, sateen finish sheets. Manufacturing of textiles can be harmful to you and the planet. Brooklinen has been independently tested for harmful substances and is OEKO-TEX® certified for chemical safety.
Drink
Upon arrival, your residence comes with a fully stocked fridge to support your hydration and refueling, contributing to your overall wellness. Our partnership with Boxed Water delivers paper-based cartons that are 92% renewable and way less destructive to our planet than single-use plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
Objects
We believe in local over big-box. Because of this, we collaborate with emerging local artists, creators, and innovators, to showcase their work and turn each residence into an immersive gallery. Explore our 'Artists' section to learn more.
Sustainability
All of our skin, body and hair care products are vegan and have Leaping Bunny certification. In partnership with Aesop, we provide refillable and reusable packaging options which enable us to make an impact in reducing our collective plastic footprint.
